TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (AI): Building next-generation cloud-native Workforce Management platform enhanced with AI-powered capabilities with an accent on full-stack features and orchestrating AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows. Focus on developing AI-augmented workflows, agentic development patterns, and end-to-end cloud features on AWS for high performance and scalability.

Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns.
  • Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS and optimize components for maximum performance.
  • Lead feature design and implementations, set team standards, advise on tech selection, and drive technical direction.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, efficient project execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking for scalable solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85
  • At least 8 years of backend/fullstack experience
  • AI-augmented development, including MCP servers
  • Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
  • Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Open to increasing responsibilities as role evolves

  • Prior leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, Scrum Master, Team Lead)
  • Familiarity with ML pipelines, vector databases, or LLM integration patterns
