What you will do

• Define and drive the architectural roadmap for your product domain to support 10x business growth.
• Tackle complex cross-cutting challenges, including legacy monolith migration and high-throughput data pipeline optimization.
• Act as a force multiplier by mentoring Senior Engineers and Tech Leads to elevate organizational velocity and quality.
• Partner with Product Directors and VPs to validate technical feasibility and translate business goals into pragmatic strategies.
• Remain hands-on by coding critical paths and prototyping complex solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership in high-scale SaaS companies.
• Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, including trade-offs between Monoliths/Microservices and SQL/NoSQL.
• Proven experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical decisions across teams.
• Deep fluency in the full web stack, from database internals and query optimization to frontend performance.
• Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows to build observable and secure systems.

• Experience within the eCommerce ecosystem or high-traffic B2B2C platforms.
• Background in modernizing legacy systems while ensuring continuous uptime.
