What you will do

• Manage delivery of multiple complex development projects from design through QA to production.
• Build and deliver end-to-end features in an on-premise microservices environment with focus on high-scale flows, performance, and efficiency.
• Work closely with Product to shape solutions, especially for undefined areas.
• Design solutions and define architectures for owned features.
• Jump between backend, frontend, infrastructure as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong knowledge in Python, MongoDB, Docker, RabbitMQ
• Experience with microservices and on-premise deployments
• Familiarity with AWS, Java, and Linux environments
• Experience working with AI development tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, Cursor) as part of the development workflow
