What you will do
- Provide technical support to customers via chat and email.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing operational expectations.
- Develop deep product expertise to resolve or escalate technical tickets.
- Analyze support request trends to identify and create long-term solutions.
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
Requirements
- Ability to work in one of the following shifts: Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST, Sun-Fri 9AM-5PM EST, or Mon-Fri 12PM-8PM EST
- Proven experience in providing technical customer support.
- Ability to handle technical and non-technical end-user inquiries.
- Open to candidates from almost any country globally
