What you will do

• Build long-term vision and mid-term roadmap for marketplace handling increasing scale in new and existing markets.
• Balance marketplace efficiency, reliability, and cost goals while maintaining best-in-class on-time delivery.
• Lead driver marketplace operations and product including acquisition, balance, route pricing, and mechanism functions.
• Own route success product covering on-route experience, geocoding, access issues, and geospatial problems.
• Manage core route building product, algorithm, customer and driver-partner support including offshore BPO operations.
• Align with Operations, Commercial, and Finance to remove blockers and enable growth.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on knowledge in tech, product management, and operations environments.
• Experience owning and managing large (>$50M) P&L or budget with understanding of tradeoffs.
• Practical experience working with independent contractors and navigating business-legal decisions.
• Prior roles involving territory management and rapid market expansion.
• Managed or partnered with customer support teams.
• Deep expertise in complex unit economics of marketplace businesses, ideally gig economy.
