TL;DR

Account Executive - Bilingual (Finnish) (SaaS Sales): Acquire net new clients in the experiences industry by contacting prospects, qualifying leads, running demos, and closing deals with hirify.global's reservation software. Focus on uncovering client needs, designing UX setups, achieving sales targets, and organizing in-person meetings with decision makers.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands. Hybrid friendly with central Amsterdam office. Legally authorized to work in the European Union.

What you will do

  • Focus on net new client acquisition by contacting prospects and presenting products/services
  • Qualify, develop, and close opportunities from inquiries, leads, RFPs, and proposals
  • Achieve quarterly/bi-annual sales targets and provide pipeline updates
  • Uncover client needs, recommend solutions, and design front-end UX and back-end processes
  • Run demos, organize in-person meetings, attend exhibitions/tradeshows, and pitch to prospects
  • Act as primary contact for new client onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, use CRM accurately, forecast deals, and provide feedback

Requirements

  • Very strong written and verbal English skills
  • Bilingual in English and Finnish
  • Proven sales experience, preferably 2+ years in prospecting role in SaaS or similar
  • Track record of selling to small/medium/large organizations and expanding client base
  • Ability to engage/influence at all levels, build stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional time management, independence, teamwork, problem-solving, CRM experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with conceptual selling methodologies (SPIN, Strategic Selling, Miller Heiman)
