What you will do

  • Define roadmap for ad format optimization, analyze performance, and design/prototype new formats.
  • Lead A/B tests to optimize CTR, user engagement, and bounce rate.
  • Manage native advertising by transforming XML feeds into display creatives.
  • Optimize visual rendering and ad experience for Viously video player.
  • Collaborate on FastCMP to balance compliance and user acceptance.
  • Work with technical and sales teams, monitor AdTech trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ad format/UX optimization or similar Product Management with A/B testing focus.
  • Mastery of AdTech KPIs (CTR, Engagement, Bounce Rate, VTR) and data-to-insights skills.
  • Creative mindset with design sensitivity and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication to align stakeholders.
  • Tech savvy with XML, display tech, or video players as a plus.
  • AI-native strategic thinking for deconstructing business into operational blueprints.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with XML, display technologies, video player environments.
