TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week.

What you will do

  • Field inbound customer communications via calls and emails to provide prompt responses.
  • Independently manage workload to ensure timely follow-up on all support cases.
  • Identify, scope, and communicate bugs and product modification requests to engineering teams.
  • Achieve key performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Act as a bridge between users and internal teams to ensure effective information flow.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Customer Support with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX.
