What you will do
- Assist customers with implementation and configuration of products
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues via tickets, calls, and direct communication
- Conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars for customers
- Collaborate with Product and CSM teams to provide feedback and resolve issues
- Manage ticketing queue and document technical problems
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Location: Must work from São Paulo, Brazil office
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or related role
- Familiarity with IT security concepts, firewall, and email protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, time management, and teamwork abilities
- Two-year degree preferred; ability to work with minimal supervision
