Salary: $230,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting.
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician.
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients, including AWVs and care gaps.
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated.
• Support patients post-discharge to improve treatment plan adherence and reduce hospital readmissions.
• Utilize hirify.global's Clinical AI Platform to reduce administrative burden.

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active NC or SC state medical license (IMLC preferred).
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience and 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting.
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR and virtual visits.
• Ability to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours (7 am-12:30 pm EDT).
• Commitment to 40 hours per week (36 clinical hours).
