TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Ecommerce): Managing and growing a portfolio of SMB customers to drive product adoption and long-term value with an accent on Shopify and DTC marketing. Focus on driving retention, managing renewals, and consulting on customer acquisition and lifetime value.

Location: Hybrid, spending 4 days per week in the Sydney office

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB clients to solve business challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion across a book of business.
  • Consult clients on Shopify, DTC ecommerce, and SMB marketing fundamentals.
  • Deliver high-impact touchpoints including business reviews and best-practice workshops.
  • Manage commercial responsibilities such as renewals and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to influence product development.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, SaaS Account Manager, or e-commerce marketing expert.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC ecommerce.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
