Location: Hybrid, spending 4 days per week in the Sydney office

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB clients to solve business challenges and achieve objectives.
- Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion across a book of business.
- Consult clients on Shopify, DTC ecommerce, and SMB marketing fundamentals.
- Deliver high-impact touchpoints including business reviews and best-practice workshops.
- Manage commercial responsibilities such as renewals and account expansion.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to influence product development.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, SaaS Account Manager, or e-commerce marketing expert.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC ecommerce.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
