TL;DR

Onsite technical support required at production line sites in Israel (IL) and US.

What you will do
- Build and manage production files: BOMs, product documentation, working instructions, and drawings.
- Execute full NPI processes and transfer new products to production.
- Implement product changes (ECOs, deviations), configuration control, and E2E product lifecycle management.
- Provide ongoing technical support at subcontractor production sites in IL and US, driving continuous improvement.
- Support operations engineering and quality processes like root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Lead company certifications, compliance maintenance, and define manufacturing procedures with cross-department teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of NPI experience.
- Hands-on experience with PLM: Product BOM, Change Control Management, Product Configuration.
- Technical experience with HW components, writing working instructions and part replacement procedures.
- Independent, proactive, with strong multitasking, communication, and team skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Experience with SolidWorks.
