What you will do

• Design and maintain production-grade AI workflows for lead enrichment, routing, research, and CRM hygiene.
• Develop LLM-based solutions, including prompt-driven workflows, reusable libraries, and AI agents embedded in business systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, and internal systems to ensure reliable data flow.
• Develop AI-assisted pipeline inspection tools to provide real-time visibility into deal health for Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map processes and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools and technologies based on ROI and scalability.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, Data/Systems Engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end automations in business environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools and prompt/workflow engineering.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Workato and extending CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proficiency with APIs and data flows across multiple platforms within a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel (Hybrid)
