What you will do

• Lead creation of system test cases for propulsion thermal management aligned to development timelines.
• Develop test scripts for system requirements and support regression testing.
• Analyze test results, document failures, and drive defect resolution.
• Follow test methodologies in collaboration with CI/CD teams for new product launches.
• Provide feedback on cosimulation environment functionality and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with system architects, engineers, and product teams on test requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in embedded software development for thermal systems.
• 3+ years in propulsion thermal systems (physics, behavioral, or hardware modeling preferred).
• Programming/scripting experience (Python, C, C++).
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for plant model development and simulation tools.
• Experience in virtualization or software integration.
• Strong cross-functional communication and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Automated testing frameworks (Robot Framework, Autobot).
• Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin.
• DAQ tools (ETAS/INCA, Intrepid/Vehicle Spy).
• Automotive communication (CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet).
