What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Latam (Colombia, Costa Rica) and North America (USA, Canada).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, create job descriptions, and craft talent strategies.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees, guiding them on policies and employee relations.
  • Oversee HR compliance (SOC, ISO) and facilitate employee benefits.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives through feedback mechanisms and well-being programs.
  • Support professional development by identifying growth opportunities and career paths.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management practices, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
  • Location: Must be based in Medellín, Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with HR and ATS systems like BambooHR or Lever.
