What you will do

• Act as the strategic HR partner for the Operations organization to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring strategy, onboarding, and performance management for high-volume teams.
• Collaborate with HR Ops and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless process execution at scale.
• Develop strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee retention in operational roles.
• Drive performance and accountability across large, diverse teams.
• Manage labor complexity, including shifts, schedules, and operational constraints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, specifically within Operations, Customer Support, or high-volume environments.
• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or HR Lead supporting large teams.
• Expertise in workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive HR decisions.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
