Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 /year + bonus

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 product data analytics professionals, supporting their individual growth and professional development.
• Drive the technical strategy for self-service analytics to act as a force multiplier for the team.
• Redevelop the company's experimentation strategy, increasing rigor and defining standards for eventing and cohorting.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure high-quality analytics delivery.
• Own and execute ambitious quarterly roadmaps that inform business strategy.
• Manage team performance and create processes for autonomous operation within product vertical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals.
• Deep expertise in data analytics and the delivery of scalable, repeatable self-service systems.
• Expert experience in experimentation analytics, including design and assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across an organization.
• Based in one of the specified US office locations.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or finance sectors.
