Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 + bonus & equity

What you will do

• Lead and grow Engineering Leaders within the Systems Group, empowering them to develop their own teams.
• Take accountability for the quality, reliability, and performance of products used by millions of users.
• Partner with company leadership to align infrastructure and tooling with big-picture business objectives.
• Develop and execute the Systems Group's strategic roadmap in collaboration with Program Managers.
• Attract, empower, and retain top engineering talent to scale the organization.
• Coach leaders to maintain a high bar for software delivery and ensure engineers are supported.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams of engineers.
• Proven track record of building high-quality, consumer-facing applications and systems operating at scale.
• Generalist technical expertise across the stack, from React application logic to backend and infrastructure.
• Ability to deeply analyze code and architecture to identify and implement improvements.
• Experience building observable systems and solving complex performance and user experience issues.
• Strong focus on tooling and automation to maintain high-performing, nimble engineering teams.
