Senior Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Act as a visible leader onsite to assess progress and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities and partner engagement with client, consultant, and contractor teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain momentum.
• Implement, monitor, and improve key project processes in partnership with the client.
• Lead key progress meetings and collaborate on solving complex problems.
• Ensure strict adherence to project procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience project managing large-scale educational or mixed-use development construction.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
