What you will do

• Drive sourcing strategies and provide commercial input for value creation.
• Perform market research and analyze spend categories to develop negotiation strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations and global sourcing projects with cross-functional international teams.
• Manage supplier performance in quality, cost, delivery, technology, and service.
• Develop and negotiate supplier contracts for optimal terms and conditions.
• Implement program tools to achieve purchasing operations excellence.

Requirements

• Located in Hamburg or willing to relocate there (onsite role).
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
• MCIPS or working towards it.
• Experience in cross-site or international procurement projects.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP, Ariba, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytical skills.
