What you will do

• Execute and monitor outgoing payments including wire transfers, SEPA, and electronic fund transfers.
• Reconcile transaction data, review instructions, and ensure compliance with controls and regulations.
• Manage bank statement processing and reconciliations in S/4HANA Cloud.
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts and support cash management initiatives like pooling and automation.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, AP teams, and IT to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Analyze payment trends, prepare reports, and assist in payment factory implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in treasury operations, payment processing, and cash management.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, banking processes, and financial instruments.
• Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, and electronic banking; preferable SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in dynamic environment.

• Experience managing a payment factory.
