What you will do

• Develop and debug test programs for NPI and R&D semiconductor projects to ensure smooth release to production.
• Perform GR&R on test handlers to ensure compliance with system release criteria.
• Analyze data across qualification and pre-production phases to optimize yield and test performance.
• Conduct Failure Analysis (FA) for electrical rejects to identify failure modes and root causes.
• Evaluate and migrate to new tester platforms in collaboration with global Back-End Engineering teams.
• Drive test escape prevention and improve screening strategies for new and existing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor test development, NPI, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test methodologies.
• Knowledge of wafer sort and final test processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and yield improvement techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Programming knowledge in C/C++, Python, or tester-specific languages.
