What you will do

• Establish and manage strong strategic partner relations in the South Asia region.
• Recruit and onboard new partners to drive company growth.
• Identify market opportunities to increase market share.
• Conduct business trips to present products and services to local partners.
• Build and maintain a robust network of lead sources.
• Meet and exceed KPIs under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience within financial markets in South Asia.
• Transferable book of business in the South Asia region.
• Deep understanding of brokerage business and financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory regimes and policies.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
