What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and tailor hirify.global to customer stacks including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Perforce.
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots to demonstrate value in complex enterprise environments.
• Manage security and compliance diligence, documenting architectures and answering technical questionnaires.
• Build reference implementations and lightweight integrations to accelerate customer adoption.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer to influence internal product and engineering roadmaps.
• Create reusable technical assets such as demo environments, PoC templates, and FAQs.

Requirements

• Software engineering background with the ability to communicate credibly with CTOs and senior developers.
• Proven experience running PoCs and supporting technical enterprise customers.
• Prior experience in software, solutions, or sales engineering at a devtools or infrastructure company.
• Proficiency with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise identity protocols (SSO/SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop working scripts or examples on the fly.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco for onsite work.
