What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Build and support performant user experiences for security products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative security tools.
• Write architecture briefs, carry out code experiments, and build prototypes for planetary-scale systems.
• Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between software components.
• Manage the health of systems through on-call and first responder rotations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining production software using languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with React, Ruby, Go, and/or Rails.
• Experience utilizing AI or agentic workflows to enhance impact.
• Proficiency with Git and hirify.global.
• Experience working within remote, distributed teams.
