What you will do

• Write case studies, white papers, RFP responses, and partnership proposals to win enterprise deals.
• Create regulatory summaries tailored for health systems and payers to turn compliance into a competitive advantage.
• Translate clinical validation data and regulatory milestones into trust-building narratives.
• Support sales teams with customized content for various buyer personas, including CIOs and medical directors.
• Maintain a consistent and accurate content library for rapid response across all materials.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure technical precision and readability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B writing experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Portfolio demonstrating precision, clarity, and the ability to avoid fluff.
• Ability to synthesize complex clinical and regulatory information into accessible narratives.
• Capability for fast turnaround without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
• Skill in extracting key insights from clinical and technical subject matter experts.
• Strategic thinking regarding enterprise buyer needs and positioning.

Nice to have

• Direct experience writing for health system or payer audiences.
• Understanding of clinical validation methodologies and regulatory frameworks (FDA, state medical boards).
• Experience with RFP and proposal writing for enterprise healthcare deals.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, BAA, SOC 2, and other healthcare compliance requirements.
• Background in medical writing, science communication, or health journalism.
