Salary: $1,700 – $2,100 net monthly

What you will do

• Develop and execute a consistent, mission-driven marketing plan across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content for newsletters, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Manage email marketing via Mailchimp, including segmentation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
• Maintain and update the WordPress website and monitor SEO efforts using Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with Development and Advancement teams on donor outreach and fundraising events.
• Manage CRM data using Ritten and Little Green Light to track partner and donor interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or nonprofit marketing.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work across U.S. time zones (Central Time Zone).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM tools like Ritten or Little Green Light.
