What you will do

• Embed with business teams and own the problem end to end: architecture, code, deployment, and adoption by internal users.
• Build net-new AI software and integrate AI into existing systems used by HR, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Prototype quickly, ship to real users fast, and iterate by killing what isn’t working.
• Use an agentic toolkit (AI coding tools, AI APIs, vector databases, prototyping platforms, automation layers) to deliver leverage.
• Design agents that are reliable and auditable in production, keeping humans in the loop where needed.
• Turn learnings from one engagement into repeatable patterns across the office.

Requirements

• Location/Time zone: Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
• 2 to 8 years building and shipping production software used by real users.
• AI-native approach: building with agents, AI tools, and AI APIs as a default.
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on messy business problems and workflow impact.
• High agency and urgency; comfortable iterating without perfect requirements.
• Ability to collaborate closely with non-technical business teams and translate needs into systems.

Salary: $100,000–$195,000 per year (total cash compensation range)
