What you will do

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of artists including UI, UX, and animation specialists.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality visual assets aligned with defined art direction.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production to deliver engaging player experiences.
• Plan and prioritize art tasks in line with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor and develop team members while maintaining strong team performance.
• Ensure alignment with global art standards, tools, and pipelines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in gaming or digital art roles, including leadership experience.
• Deep experience in iGaming and understanding of current market visual trends.
• Strong artistic judgment and understanding of UI/UX and game presentation.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver high-quality assets.
• Must be fully eligible to work under a local employment contract in Poland.
• Portfolio featuring slot/casino artwork (casino realism, symbols, UI, key art) is mandatory.
