What you will do

• Manage the electronic risk book and provision SPOT liquidity for OTC venues and CLOBs.
• Operate SQX, hirify.global’s cryptocurrency exchange, ensuring it remains an attractive and compliant marketplace.
• Monitor orders, trades, real-time risk, P&L, and market conditions.
• Fine-tune price construction, execution, and risk management production algorithms.
• Analyze client flow quality and coordinate with Sales teams to optimize tiering.
• Collaborate with software engineers and quantitative researchers to improve proprietary trading and risk systems.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline from a top-ranked university.
• Proficiency in transforming large financial tick-data sets into actionable insights.
• Solid programming skills and mathematical rigor.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to make fast decisions under pressure and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• English: Fluent (C1)
