What you will do
- Monitor client trading activities to identify and report irregular patterns and abnormal behavior.
- Process various alerts to ensure secure trading and maintain a controlled environment.
- Assess and determine risk levels associated with trading abuse.
- Collaborate with trading analysts and relevant departments to resolve and close risk cases.
- Escalate system bugs and operational issues to the appropriate teams.
- Prevent abuse activities under the supervision of trading analysts during high-risk attacks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the CFDs/Forex industry (e.g., as a monitoring dealer).
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance (preferable).
- Solid understanding of basic CFD terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin).
- Knowledge of order types and execution processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing).
- Ability to work shifts and weekends.
