What you will do

• Execute client orders according to best execution policy and within set risk limits.
• Contribute to building trading infrastructure across exchange, prime brokerage, spot, and derivatives services.
• Manage relationships and conduct due diligence for digital asset exchanges, OTC dealers, liquidity providers, and market-makers.
• Manage the proprietary trading portfolio and oversee hedging activities.
• Collaborate with the back-office and operations team to ensure proper trade execution and settlement.
• Produce daily newsletters and ad-hoc research papers regarding digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
• 3 years of trading experience in cryptos, FX, or derivatives for regulated financial institutions.
• Holder of the advanced Cysec certificate or willingness to take the exam immediately.
• Strong quantitative skills and a deep understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Fluent in English (Greek language proficiency is a strong plus).
• Strict adherence to professional risk and compliance standards.
