What you will do

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions incorporating Mosaic AI research to solve customer problems.
• Own the production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
• Present at industry conferences such as the Data + AI Summit and act as a thought leader.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) using tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Expertise in deploying, evaluating, and optimizing production-grade GenAI applications.
• Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English is required; preference for candidates who also speak Mandarin.

Nice to have

• Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark to process large-scale distributed datasets.
