What you will do

• Produce high-quality visual designs for digital and print platforms aligning with client objectives and brand identity.
• Translate client briefs into actionable creative plans through research on brands, audiences, and trends.
• Lead creative execution and maintain brand identity systems for mid- to high-priority brands.
• Mentor junior designers, supporting their skill development and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design strategies to internal leadership and clients.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects from brief intake to final delivery and launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia design with a strong, versatile portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools like ClickUp.
• Ability to report onsite to execute work-related tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency environments.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor team members.
