Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, illustrations, and print materials.
• Develop print-ready designs for flyers, packaging, and marketing collateral with precision in layout and color.
• Create visually engaging graphics for websites, presentations, and interactive media.
• Oversee multimedia projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Guide and provide creative direction to junior and mid-level designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in multimedia or graphic design within entertainment industries.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of printing techniques, color management, and pre-press requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and travel for events as needed.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, sketching, and illustration.
• Skills in photo retouching, manipulation, and compositing.
• Experience using and sourcing AI tools and technologies.
