What you will do

• Develop and execute high-quality design concepts across various projects and formats.
• Translate project requirements into visually compelling and brand-aligned creative outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster a collaborative environment.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, ideation, and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a design role covering both conceptual and production work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, branding, layout, and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interpreting and applying feedback effectively.
• Must be based in or able to report onsite in Pasig City as needed.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge or exposure to AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Gemini, or Runway ML.
