Location: Fully remote from Philippines, scheduled 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM US Pacific Time

Salary: ₱50,000 to ₱60,000 per month

What you will do

• Create original designs for products across various themes, holidays, and occasions
• Use AI generation tools to develop and iterate on artwork
• Edit, refine, and customize AI-generated designs to meet brand standards
• Apply typography and layout skills to integrate text and photo elements
• Maintain design consistency in high-volume variations
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback from creative directors and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with personalized products
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography principles and font pairing
• Experience with layout design and composition for various formats
• Familiarity with AI design tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, typography, and layout skills
• Own computer (Windows 10+ or Mac, 8GB RAM, Intel i5/Ryzen 5/M1+), reliable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset
• Private, distraction-free environment
