Image Retoucher (Photoshop): Evaluate, correct, and create high-quality image files from vendor photography, AI-generated images, and existing asset libraries with an accent on photo manipulation, color correction, and aesthetic proficiency. Focus on executing strategic production work for web and print deliverables, collaborating with art directors and designers to meet tight deadlines.

Location: Fully remote from Philippines, scheduled 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM US Pacific Time

Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱45,000 per month

What you will do

• Gain understanding of brand and audience to execute photo-based production work.
• Evaluate, correct, and organize high-quality image files from vendors, AI-generated sources, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with Art Director, designers, and production for optimal web and print deliverables.
• Proactively gather project requirements to align on timelines, deliverables, and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, photography, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of image retouching and color correction experience
• Expert Photoshop, Bridge, and Acrobat skills; strong color sense and workflow assimilation
• Experience with AI image generating platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retouching and production work
• Skills in InDesign and Illustrator a plus
• Strong communication, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines independently
• Own computer (Windows 10+/Mac, 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen 5/M1), high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset, distraction-free environment
• Time and screen tracking via Hubstaff
