Art Director: Own the visual identity of a fast-growing US collegiate apparel brand with an accent on brand system stewardship, creative production, and collaboration. Focus on developing guidelines, art directing campaigns and assets, and upholding creative standards across teams.

Location: Remote from the Philippines, working hours 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (US Timings), Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Lead development and stewardship of brand system including color, typography, photography, iconography, and visual language
• Ensure all assets from ads to sales decks consistently represent hirify.global
• Build and maintain practical brand guidelines
• Art direct brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing collateral
• Brief and direct photographers, videographers, and freelance designers
• Produce high-quality assets quickly while maintaining a crafted feel
• Set visual standards, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with Creative Director, Brand, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of design or art direction experience, including meaningful in-house time at a brand (not only agencies)
• Experience owning a corporate or consumer brand identity end-to-end
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Figma fluency for collaborative design and handoff
• Strong typography, layout, and photography direction instincts
• A portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and executional consistency
• Experience briefing and directing external creative vendors and freelancers
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership on high-stakes work
