TL;DR

Digital Manager (Luxury): Shaping luxury digital storytelling at a global scale across content, commerce, and culture with an accent on global digital strategy and toolkits for fragrance launches. Focus on optimizing the digital shelf across global retailers and scaling digitally native executions across markets.

Location: New York, NY. Hybrid setup (option to work up to 50% of the month remotely).

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

What you will do

  • Develop and deploy global digital strategies and toolkits for fragrance launches and evergreen programs.
  • Translate brand campaigns into digitally native executions across social, eCommerce, and media platforms.
  • Lead the creation of global digital toolkits for Retail.com, Amazon, and Social Media.
  • Optimize the digital shelf, including PDP and A+ content, and monitor competitive benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with global teams, agencies, and licensors to ensure consistent and scalable digital experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery and asset distribution across global markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital, eCommerce, or content strategy, preferably in beauty, luxury, or fashion.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
  • Deep knowledge of retailer.com best practices (Amazon, Sephora, Ulta).
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing global toolkits and scaling digital guidelines across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems across eCommerce, social, and media.

Nice to have

  • Background in luxury fashion, fragrance, or beauty.
  • Experience working with licenses or on the agency side.
  • Familiarity with digital shelf analytics and content performance optimization.
  • Experience with emerging commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.
