What you will do

• Support trade implementation, rebalancing, and cash/liquidity monitoring for Active portfolios.
• Perform daily position, exposure, and restriction monitoring to identify and escalate risks.
• Partner with Trading to support execution workflows and liquidity considerations.
• Manage exception handling and create process documentation in coordination with Compliance and Risk.
• Assist with new strategy launches and mandate changes to ensure implementation readiness.
• Conduct cash, FX, and hedging monitoring, as well as stock settlement reconciliation.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Investment banking or management.
• Experience supporting active portfolio operations or trading support.
• Deep knowledge of Buy-side Processes, Trade Life Cycle, and Investment Products.
• Proficiency with front/middle office applications such as Charles River OMS, Bloomberg, or Aladdin.
• SFC Type 9 - Asset Management license.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
