TL;DR

Support Engineer (Go/TypeScript/SQL): Resolving complex technical issues for a privacy-first healthcare data platform with an accent on codebase investigation and root cause analysis. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $97K – $130K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own and drive customer technical issues to resolution end-to-end.
  • Investigate application behavior and root causes using Go, TypeScript, and SQL.
  • Analyze system architecture and read code to resolve complex stack issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Create internal runbooks and customer-facing documentation.
  • Surface customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Ability to read and write code (Go and JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience troubleshooting both frontend and backend systems.
  • Proficiency with databases and SQL.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting complex or highly technical SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with debugging production environments.
  • Experience working with data-heavy systems.
  • Contributions to technical documentation or knowledge bases.
