What you will do
- Lead day-to-day program management for tobacco cessation and prevention marketing campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and community channels.
- Translate contract requirements and workplans into clear schedules, deliverables, and accountability for internal teams and partners.
- Coordinate with public health agencies, healthcare partners, and community-based organizations to activate campaigns.
- Develop audience-informed messaging and content based on evidence-based best practices and cultural relevance.
- Manage campaign calendars, approval workflows, and asset trafficking timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee performance reporting, including weekly status reports, monthly dashboards, and annual summaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management experience in public health marketing, healthcare communications, or behavior change marketing.
- Demonstrated experience supporting tobacco cessation and/or tobacco prevention initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with government agencies or public sector funded programs.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaign workflows and deliverables.
- Proficiency in producing professional status reports, workplans, and meeting summaries.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with evidence-based behavior change frameworks (social marketing, health behavior theory, harm reduction).
- Experience working with priority populations and health equity focused programming.
- Exposure to evaluation methods, such as survey design and message testing.
- Knowledge of tobacco control policy context (Tobacco 21, smoke-free laws).
- Experience coordinating digital and social campaigns with basic analytics literacy (Google Analytics).
