What you will do
- Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting via email, phone, and chat for customers and MSPs.
- Perform technical analysis of customer problems and define resolution plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and MSPs.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and the Expert team to resolve escalated cases.
- Meet KPIs regarding customer satisfaction, productivity, and interaction quality.
- Accurately record all case communications and documentation in the support system.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (Upper Intermediate/B2 minimum).
- 1+ years of work experience in technical support, preferably in Hosting or MSP environments.
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration basics, including log and dump analysis.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and convey information effectively.
- Must be located in Bulgaria.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX basics and CLI.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Experience with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, or Citrix.
