What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to meet SLAs.
• Communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
• Collaborate with internal teams within a Managed Services environment.
• Assess the business impact of technology changes to ensure smooth implementations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or software support roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platform, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a structured way of working.
• Valid Visa for the Czech Republic.
• Fluency in English.
