Location: Hybrid for those residing in the AMBA region, office in Belgrano, CABA at least twice a week.

What you will do
- Provide technical and functional support to clients worldwide via email, tickets, and remote sessions (TeamViewer/Zoom).
- Check client configurations and suggest improvements/best practices to maximize platform efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues in close collaboration with development and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure
- Tech-savvy
- Enjoy working with clients and providing top-level support
