What you will do

• Prepare, launch, and maintain referral campaigns via CRM tools like Bloomreach across email, WhatsApp, and push channels.
• Translate business requests into technical requirements and briefs for developers, designers, and analysts.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and track tasks from request through to final release.
• Monitor referral user journeys, including triggers, segmentation, and rewards, performing QA before and after launches.
• Document recurring workflows and maintain the stable operating model for referral channels across various regions.

Requirements

• Experience and understanding of Referral and Loyalty program processes.
• Technical literacy to define requirements for tracking, attribution, and frontend mechanics.
• Ability to decompose complex business issues into a detailed list of subtasks.
• Strong execution-oriented mindset with a focus on project delivery.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
