What you will do

• Lead and expand a growing squad of backend and frontend engineers, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape the team's roadmap, balancing product milestones with engineering health.
• Drive the hiring process and ensure successful onboarding and growth of new talent.
• Design and architect long-term technical solutions for a large-scale enterprise platform.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the development lifecycle to drive continuous improvement.
• Set high standards for coding, architectural integrity, and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing people with a hands-on leadership approach.
• 10+ years of industry experience focused on large-scale, cloud-based technologies.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Experience with user-facing products and UI development.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
