Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE, Azure): Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for a retail analytics SaaS platform with an accent on automation, containerization, and high availability. Focus on optimizing scalability, proactively resolving issues, and driving the SRE/DevOps roadmap to ensure system reliability under growth.
Toronto - Hybrid (95% remote, meetup 1x a month). Must be able to legally work in Canada (visa or sponsorship won't be provided).

What you will do
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
- Implement containerization and orchestration for scalability.
- Own end-to-end cloud infrastructure availability, performance, and issue prevention via automation.
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead service-level objectives.
- Drive SRE/DevOps roadmap with strategic planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years as SRE or DevOps Engineer with software and infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Python, Javascript, Ruby, Groovy, PHP, or Bash.
- Experience with Azure (primary), AWS, or GCP; led cloud infrastructure projects.
- Legal right to work in Canada required.
