What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to define technical needs across Engineering, Product, Data, and IT.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and AI tools.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for software engineering (frontend, backend, full-stack), data engineering, data science, and product management.
• Conduct technical market mapping and research on competitor landscapes and compensation trends in the New York market.
• Engage and qualify passive candidates through tailored outreach and initial screening conversations.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, including response rates and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing for technical roles in software engineering, data science, and product management.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Strong understanding of modern technical stacks, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Experience conducting technical market mapping and talent landscape analysis.
• Ability to effectively engage and qualify passive technical candidates.
• Proficiency with AI sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Commercial/GTM hiring (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Experience conducting international market mapping, specifically in London or other major tech hubs.
